Test Case is a set of test data, execution steps and their expected results. Test case validates system requirements and generates a pass or fail.

Do the following to use test cases in your project:

  • Create list of test cases for all user stories (via Add -> Test Case)
  • Create test plans (for example, separate test plan for each large feature)
  • Create test plan runs to execute test cases against specific Iteration or Build
  • Run test plan (via Tests Runs -> Run action) and mark test cases as passed or failed
As a result you may check Release /Iteration /quility in Reports section.
